Our fave Zen property in Ubud
Our 3rd staying & always love the Zen atmosphere of Element Ubud, heavenly bed is always be on point! Andong Resto still the best!
1. We have stayed 3x times already since 2019 but it’s too bad our name is not on the repeater guests since we have always booked via booking.com but the reservation staffs cannot find our name. 2. A bit disappointed with a Cappuccino & black coffee this time, tasted absolutely horrible.. The Cappuccino tasted just like a water coffee. I remember they use to have a good Coffee machine at the breakfast area few years ago but not this time I think.

What was the highlight of Element Bali Ubud
Awesome
Great hotel. Rooms were gorgeous and spaceous. Pool is nice and loungers comfortable.
The location isn't great as it's just too far from the centre of ubud to walk. The hotel offers a free shuttle but only once every 2 hours and it ends at 5pm. Taxis aren't expensive just a hassle to organise.

Great stay at Elements!
The ambience, location, staff and service was excellent. The food choices as a vegan were also amazing. They were very welcoming and hospitable!
We had an issue with our shower where the drainage was blocked so water was seeping out of the shower a lot and it took them 2 days to resolve, though once resolved it was great. As a vegan, I had requested for boxed morning bfast that had boiled egg, so that was alittle annoying, but they were very kind and apologetic about it all. Overall none of these issues were a problem for our stay! The staff were amazing!
